Will I need a passport for the trip?
YES a passport is required. You will, of course, need proper identification for your flight (if any) and it's always a good idea to carry your driver's license or other form of identification.
How much does the trip cost?
Your cruise price is just $459 for an inside cabin, with other deluxe upgrades available for purchase at your request. The training (seminar) fee is $100 per person and should be sent directly to us (please make checks out to: IncomeLinks, LLC).
When are my payments due?
You can spread your payments over four months beginning September 2008 with the final payment due in December (book early for the best complimentary upgrades and to assure availability). Or, you can contact Carnival directly (see below). We need to receive your training (seminar) fee of $100 by February 1, 2009.
Is my flight included?
No flights are not included. You have the option to book your flight at the same time you book the cruise. Otherwise, you must provide your own transportation to New Orleans, LA.
What other costs are involved?
There is a tax per person and a gratuity charge of $50 per person. Offshore excursions are also available. Finally, you might want to consider trip insurance.
When does the ship depart & return?
Our ship will depart at 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 28, 2009 and arrive back in port on Thursday, March 5th at 8 am, with a likely time of departing between 10 and 11 am.
How do I make my reservations?
Reservations can be made by calling Carnival directly at 1-866-721-3225. Our group number is 4Z4S09, under IncomeLinks.
What about special accommodations?
We will be more than happy to help anyone with special accommodations or transfers. We will have a coordinator for these services. Please notify Darcy, who will happily take care of your needs!
